  • Administrative Assistant

    Michelle Texeira

Helping others has always been at the heart of everything I do. With a background in customer service and finance, I spent years ensuring clients felt heard, valued, and supported. But when life took an unexpected turn, I found myself needing to redefine my career path. That’s when I discovered virtual assistance, and in that journey, I fell in love with supporting mental health professionals.

I know firsthand how overwhelming and challenging it can be for individuals to find the right therapist and get the help they need. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to bridge that gap. By assisting mental health professionals with the administrative side of their work, I help ensure that they can focus entirely on their clients without the added stress of day-to-day operations.

To me, supporting those who dedicate their lives to healing others is an incredible honor. Whether it’s helping a client find the perfect therapist, managing scheduling and intake processes, or creating a seamless and welcoming experience, every aspect of my role is deeply fulfilling. I take pride in making the therapy-seeking process stress-free for clients while also supporting my team so they can provide the best possible care.

Mental health care should be accessible, compassionate, and free from unnecessary obstacles, and I am committed to making that a reality. It’s the foundation for living a fulfilling and balanced life. And so, I strive to create a system where clients feel empowered in their mental health journey, and therapists feel supported in their mission to help others heal. Being part of this community is more than just a career—it’s my way of giving back, making a difference, and ensuring that those who care for others are cared for as well.
